B3 Stebro exhaust

Postby DE80q » Tue Nov 28, 2017 8:55 am

I will be in New Milford CT on Jan. 19th and 20th. I would sell the stebro cat back for $400. This is less than the others I have seen, but it would save me from having to lug it back home. Feel free to make offers.

Edit: exhaust is made from 409ss not 304ss
What I have is a complete stebro cat back system that fits the B3. It has the normal discoloration, but is in very good shape. Sounds really good on my 10vt 80q.

I also have a slightly modded and wrapped UrQ downpipe. The CO test port was plugged and welded and the flair on the end was cut off to use standard band claps to connect to the test pipe.

If you are doing a 10vt swap, I will throw I the test pipe I made that connects the downpipe to the cat back. Not pretty, and made of mild steel, but works perfectly.

I should be able to find pics of the parts from when I got them, but as I said, they are currently on the car. I'm looking to see if anyone is interested in these parts, and what they might be worth to you. I will be traveling from York PA to New Milford CT for the new exhaust, so it would be possible to meet up anywhere between there. It would also be quite easy for someone to pick the exhaust up from where the work is being done.

Let me know what you think. Thanks

Time line update with asking price. If you think I'm crazy, shoot me an offer. Here is video of the exhaust sound on my 10vt setup.

Bump for pic. I also edited the first post to reflect that the system is 409ss not 304ss. The ey systems 409 and the later systems were aluminized.

This exhaust system ended up staying in New Milford CT. If anyone if local and wants to pick it up, price is the same$400. If it needs to be shipped, price is $500 plus shipping so I can pay Tim for his time of packing and shipping it.
