Feeler: 1989 Audi 200 20vt on Megasquirt

Hey guys, the financial reality of making dick and not having overtime is starting to set in, and I'm thinking getting rid of the 200 might be a necessary and smart move. There's no point in owning the car if I can't afford to fix a $50 problem. I'm starting to look for other jobs, but the market where I live sucks and there are some nice perks to my job now, money just isn't one of them.

Car ran a 14.3@93mph with a 1.8sec 60ft time, I'm sure it has a high 13 in it with the problem it's having resolved (hopefully just a fuel filter) and has started every time for me without trouble.

The good:
MLS HG/ARP studs/new gaskets/seals everywhere (including cranks+cam) and brand new crank sprocket
Megasquirt 1 Fuel only setup
-6 AN fittings from filter to OEM return line
Ben Swann chipped MAC-11 for ignition
All gauges work except speedometer which did, hopefully an easy fix
Stock DP w/ 3" V-band, 3" back exhaust w/ summit glass pack (no cat)
Innovate LC-1 wired into MS ECU
Big ass Ebay I/C w/ 3" pipes
New in front:
Strut mounts
Subframe bushings
Control Arms/sway bar bushings
Subframe bolts/Ball joint pinch bolts
Spare 016 Trans
Almost a whole spare interior in parts
Extra window regs
Diff lock works and speed sensor cut
Power seats work, heat I don't think does on either
Heat works great
Sunroof works, albeit kinda slowly

The bad:
Rear end needs refresh (at least tie rods)
Front needs tie rod ends, mine are fresh but boots are ripped
Tires are shot
AC doesn't work, compressor removed from car and included with sale

Paint:
10ft Summit single stage job, would look better with a polish
Unfortunately the interior got "toasted" by over spray, as did the previously-pretty-and-powdercoated engine bay, pretty noticable in the carpet but everything has a little I couldn't get out :bangshead:
20v Front fenders and grafted on rears, rears aren't perfect but look OK driving by or from 15ft or so

I'd rather see this go to someone who will drive it and not part it, if it comes to that I would rather be the one to break her apart :(

Looking for $2,000 OBO

Thanks for looking!

Jeez, forgot the most important part, car is running a K26/Holset H1C hybrid on stock exhaust manifold. Full spool (14psi for now) by 3200rpm and great power all over the place.

Put it aside and KEEP IT. If you still don't have time/money after a year or two, sure, sell it. But there's a small market and you're better off keeping it if you've got any sort of money into it.

2000 is really really cheap. This is a 3000-4000 dollar car all day long with a few little fixes, sell it for top dollar it is a sick fucking car man.
