They have been welded up to CORRECT the problematic seperation. Now that I've been sent 2 under warranty, I figure I'll weld up the other 2 I have and somebody else can enjoy problem free aftermarket motor mounts with the factory look.

Asking $120 shipped for BOTH welded up!

Interesting - Where are these being welded? Since being welded are these now basically solid mounts? Very interested in seeing how it was done.

They were always solid mounts. Its a 2-piece design like a ball and cup setup. The cup is then compressed to hold the ball which contains the solid rubber mount. The problem is that it is such a shitty design that the insert (ball) pops out of the cup. The only way to recify it is by welding the 2 pieces together.

Its funny because it is so easy to make these with a very, very simple, fool-proof design. How they got it so wrong is beyond me.

I need money to buy spacer/adapters for my Dodge. I have a set of Viper SRT-10 10-spoke wheels. The rears are 19x13s which is why I need the adapters. Fronts are 18x10

Have you sold the mounts yet? And do you have any pics? Also, did you prevent the heat from melting the rubber inside. I might be interested in them if you still have them.

I still have them yes. Ill soon have another set once the final designs for my motor mounts are complete.

There is always going to be some melted rubber when welding these but not enough to affect it. Ive been beating on the ones in my car and they are holding up great. Not sure why 034 just doesnt do that from the start. Would save everyone time and money.....

Nah, my favorite is actually shipping parts ordered without having to be called 2 weeks later wondering where the F@%& my parts are. Having the order actually pulled, processed, shipped WITH email confirmation that it has been done is kindof a must when running a business. Aaaaaand, having the integrity to own up to the mistake instead of lying about a bogus CNC backorder holdup.
