Re: Looking for tubular manifold

I have one. Can't remember if it's a t3 or t3/4 flange though. All mating surfaces are straight and supports have been welded on in a few places (not by me) to add strength. Mind you, it looks pretty tough already. I was going to keep this for my next project, but my current one doesn't seem like it ...

Re: Get a load of this: billet crankcase breather 054-103-12

I've bought and received free from Issam many parts in past. Based on my dealings I wouldn't be concerned.

I also live in Canada, very close to the US border (Ogdensburg NY). To save on shipping both ways, I send and receive things to/from the UPS store in Ogdensburg. I wouldn't be surprised if he ...

Re: WTB: 20vt turbo manifold

I can post a picture later tonight or tomorrow. Coincidently, while I do live in Canada, I travel to NY often enough to pick up parcels for myself. While I'm there, if you are interested, I can ship the header. Anyway, that's all I can say for now. In the meantime I'll try to contact the owner and ...

Re: WTB: 20vt turbo manifold

...oh, and I forgot to mention: It has a t3 divided flange that can be removed with some grinding if a single opening is what you're after.

Re: WTB: 20vt turbo manifold

I'm holding on to an ebay header that looks a lot like the 034 one. It wouldn't surprise me to find out it was a knock off. Anyway, I'll have to find out how much the owner wants for it, but if you're interested it's likely yours. Like you, I want to keep my DP and exhaust unmolested so I'll be ...

Re: Industrial Boost Control Valve - EFI Express

So I've had a working n75 from an AAN in the car for a few weeks now, and honestly, I notice no difference in performance from the $40 A4 valve I had in there before. In my opinion the "race" valve isn't worth it. Save your money!

Re: Industrial Boost Control Valve - EFI Express

While I wait for the new valve, I've installed a 06A906283E valve I found from a 1.8t. With my ebay chip and a stiffer-than-stock wastegate spring my boost gauge was burying the pin at pressures above 25 psi (the max reading). After reinstalling the stock spring boost is now around 21-22 psi (what ...

Re: Industrial Boost Control Valve - EFI Express

Thanks guys that's what I wanted to know. I have no problem with running a stock valve it's just bloody expensive for what it is and the new silicone turbo inlet hose i bought puts it really close to my exhaust manifold. I Guess I'll just bite the bullet and relocate the valve somewhere cooler.

Industrial Boost Control Valve - EFI Express

Does anyone know or have any experience with the industrial boost control valve (WGFV) offered by EFI Express? I'm on my second one in this year and hope this is a direct replacement that will last a bit longer. It's going on a 3b motor w/stock, albeit chipped, ECU.

Thanks,
Mike
