It seems 20v.org has gone offline again, I did a quick search both here and that other place looking for the thread where somebody solved the problem last time.
Does anybody remember the thread and who solved the problem?

Could be wrong, but I think the issue comes down to funding the domain. When he runs out of donations/money, the site eventually shuts down.
