Fuel line size questions

Postby jretal » Fri Jun 05, 2020 10:18 am

Alright all, I'm starting to prep the 4000 for the AAN swap, since I've cooked my MC (confirmed #3 has a melted quite nicely... :bangshead:).

What size lines should I be putting in? I can't remember if my current setup is -6 or -8, but since I'm starting over, I figured I'd upgrade everything in prep for corn juice, etc. if I decide to go that crazy.

Thanks!

I've been -6 forever and never had a problem, although I am on the upper end of what it will support. -8 is quite a bit more to wrangle and not necessary until your over 600whp or so.

Thanks, Jim! That's what I needed to hear! I am almost positive what's in the car now is -6 (it's been too long), and wasn't sure if I needed to upgrade or not.

No plans to get it over 600whp... lol. I'm going to aim for low to mid 300s, or whatever the 2781 turbo will give me without killing it!
