Wanted to share with everyone here. I started my own YouTube channel called Mike's Virtual Garage! I'm only a few episodes in but I've wanted to do something similar to this for many years. Way back (10-15 years) I wanted to document DIY items with my digital camera but never got traction on it. Fast forward to a few years ago, I bought some camera equipment after selling a lot of stuff months prior. I balked at YouTube then but used what I had for my employer and shooting some video for department wide stuff. This was very easy and I didnt do any editing.
With all the covid stuff happening, working from home, etc, I had a lot more time to dedicate to the 4kq. I only had to buy a few things and I was off to planning what my goal for the channel would be. Plus, I'm not too savvy with editing at all. All the photos I take are straight from the camera, but familiarized myself with some free editing software (Davinci). My goal is to document the 4kq, provide DIY's for various items on the B2 chassis, and a few other things. A few main parts are already sorted on the car, so maybe even another project car will crop up in the future. Finding anything decent and cheap in the midwest is very tough.
Feel free to check things out. The first video is an introduction to me and the cars I've owned but the 2nd is a quick walk around the 4kq.
