Their 7075 aluminum. ethanol doesnt eat aluminum, it will clean it though.

Another example of what happens to aluminum thermostat housings over time... try to get a hose to seal on this bitch!

it looks like we're backed in a corner with those things lol. the plastic ones break and the aluminum ones corrode. seems like the only solution is to make them from stainless steel.
