I regret to announce I'll be leaving the forum permanently, as I'm quite fond of my engine.

Welp he's off. Tuned the car down to 23psi and took 2 degrees out at 200+kpa. Also made the mat ign retard table slightly more aggressive. I also took out a tiny bit of fuel since he'll be rich at altitude in co. But totally safe, right on lambda target.

Sounds like he's going to be putting in some of Chris's injectors and getting it retuned on E85 to 400whp and stop there for the tranny sake. Should be a ridiculously safe 400whp!

He was super stoked driving the car. Mind blown at launch control.

So... Look for updates in dad's S6 thread

I hope he starts a thread, that car started my love of 4kq's. I'd like to stay updated to its where abouts....

Nope, a guy named Ross. Totally not on the forums but he's got a few very cool cars... E30 M3 with swap & supercharger, mki turbunny, 66 pcar, etc...

He said while filling up, he got stuck talking to some dude for 15 minutes about the car, lol.

Ross is having issues starting it at altitude. It's flooding out I believe. I told him to hold the throttle to the floor to try to clear the fuel, but he's saying the battery might die. Uuuugh! He's on a hill so he is going to try to pop star it. Fuck! To much cranking enrichment but he has no PC/vemstune

Shit now it's even trying to stall on the highway. Ahhhh. Stress levels peaking. Anyone in co between Denver and grand junction with VEMS experience?

Is he in Denver now? I'm fairly schedule limited but might be able to meet after about 7 tonight. I'm surprised that it's being so sensitive. My VEMS laptop is kind of a turd too lol.

I added baro correction (static) as well as turning the maximum enrich on (WTF why was this even off!) and also took out a little cranking enrichment.
