It looks like you picked the engine up by #1 and #5 intake runners? Am I seeing things?

I think I like that tale better then the stock tale on my 88 90q. I'm assuming that's from a 4k, I had no idea that it'd fit.

It's actually a stock tail fin, there where two different styles that came on the 90.

Not exactly. There was a style that came on the 80q, like in Darin's pictures and similar to a 4kq, because it's an 80q. Then there was the style from the 90q. Different models, different spoilers.

I personally have seen both 80s and 90s with them, someone must have swapped trunks.

I'm dedicating 4 hours tonight at the Lab to disassemble my engine. Any of the Utah gang want to join me and lend a hand?

Over 4 hours at the Lab last night to get the engine nearly completely disassembled. I'm hoping to spend Saturday morning down there to clean up all the parts and get the block to the machine shop for a dip and deck. Then paint and reassemble. Then maybe clean the Lab and organize Hank's tools. Like a needle in a haystack for half the stuff.

I feel so bad I didn't stop in! With any luck, I'll be back there Tuesday after school to tidy up again. Would it be possible to bring down your bumper to take a look at how things were put together?

Good job Darin! Needle in a haystack is being kind don't you think? I do think that Brent is on to something about a clean shop indicating a sick mind. I dont have that problem in my garage. I was down at the lab Wed. night, but didn't see you......maybe you were lost in the clutter also.
