Marc,
Couple of more questions, why does the battery voltage say 9V, where can I correct that?
Also, why does Lambda target jump so much, in the table it's at 1 in all of the boxes?
Thank you!

Keep at'r Martin, it'll come together. Dad and I know the feeling - after putting his stroker together the intake cam was off a tooth, making the car feel like it was naturally aspirated! Now we're chasing what we think is a boost leak, as the car hits 22-25psi and won't go any higher. But we've ruled a lot of things out and just have to keep going.
Take a break, have a beer, cool down, and try something else.

Yes, the 90 quattro gave me excuse to rip it's engine out for the tdi swap, so I might start that this weekend, it will be a stress relief to get into that one... anyone need a low mile 2.8 V6? Would hate to see it go to the scrapper!

I'm sorry to hear about your luck Martin. The last time my daughter had strep throat, they gave her amoxicillin for it. We found out she was allergic to the drug after being on it for 6 days. Her allergic reaction to amoxicillin was horrible and lasted over 3 days. I know what you mean by being exhausted. I really do hope your luck changes for the better soon.

I'm interested. I htink one of my headgaskets is going. I need a rad also. Do you need it for the tdi swap or are you going side mount?

Hang in there Martin. It gets better. The kids will get better, then they get older, and will eventually even move out leaving you with nothing but the old Audis to get frustrated with. I feel your pain, but you will get it.

Thanks for all the supportive comments, I shall double my efforts.
I see that I can calibrate the ECU voltage and that should help the injector opening time.
The only other question is why is the Lambda target moving? Moving targets are harder to hit you know..
Hope to have some more time tonight to tinker with this.

Can't run VEMS on TDI. I know cuz I already asked Marc

I'm putting a 1.9tdi in a 1996 Europa S6. Kind of opposite of you - big car small engine vs. small car big engine.

Finally some good news, the kids are feeling better, loaded with anti-biotics...
And I was able to calibrate the battery voltage.
Wow.. what a difference, can't believe it was that easy! Runs 100% better, holds Lambda without problem, smooth idle.. I feel like jumping for joy! :-)
If it wasn't for the rain or the insurance restriction I should be driving it to work tomorrow!
For now I am going for a spin while it's still nice out!
Good night all!
Cheers

Took her for a short spin last night, roads were a bit wet but no matter.
Pulls nicely and the sound fromt he intake, NICE! Didn't get on the throttle that much and kept rpm below 6k, the VEMS display cycles too much between screen to be able to see anything worth while, anyone know how to configure so it stays in the main one? That way I can get on it and keep an eye on the stats.
Mr. Cook... I need an exhaust, can you see the people at Tartan Motorsports and give them a swift kick?

I still have some issues with throttle touching the hood, need to do some surgery.
Did I mention how much I like these cars?
Cheers

Yep, 034 mounts. I'll see if I can space them lower a bit... even 1/4" will help.
