Ill upload some tomorrow. I went mountain bike riding on Monday and ate it HARD 4 miles up the mountain. I banged my shins up real good, messed my face up real good, and may have broken my nose. Was going down a super sharp cliff on boulders, front tire caught something, threw me over the bars, did 1-2 flips, and my face caught the edge of a stump on the side of the trail. Messed the bridge of my nose up real bad to the point where cartilege is showing. My legs slammed into the sharp rock next to the stump and both my wrists rolled so they were really weak today. Still rode the final 3-4 miles down. Was pretty covered in blood by thr time I got to the medical center. So, Ill be taking it easy this week.

Its sounds like your are lucky to be alive. Take it easy and recoop before you try to work on the car again. Health is way more important than any car. We can all be understanding if we have to wait a few days before you get us some updated pics. Trust me, you are really lucky you didnt even break your collar bone...thats usually what breaks in a big downhill crash. Heres to a speedy recovery and to hopefully not ending up with a "wicked witch" nose.

Well just take your time, and dont push yourself. You may injure yourself worse, and what good would that do for you, or the Baron?

Yeah, good point lol. The car runs correctly at the moment, that's all that matters. I still gotta get a damn alignment on it, so it's probably best just to plan for next week.

Change of plans. Forgot the car competition I want to enter is next weekend. Any one local care for free beer and pizza and want to help me get this back together in time for next Sunday?

Well interior is about 70% back together. Should have it done tonight or tomorrow. Not as big of a PITA as I thought it would be

Tires will be here Wednesday. Getting tires mounted Thursday and will have alignment done on Friday. Should theoretically be able to drive it next Saturday for real without worrying about the alignment. Now I gotta try and solder in the new Ben Swann chip to support the new wastegate setup

If you are unsure of you electronics skills, I wouldn't do it yourself. Those chips are not easily found for cheap.

Do you have Ben's instructions and the chip socket? If so it's not so bad. Go get one of those solder sucker soldering irons from Radioshack to get the old chip out.

Yeah I have all the instructions. I'm going to stop by radioshack after work. The only thing I need is the solder sucker.

Soldered in the new prom socket on Saturday. Put the Ben Swann chip in and fired it up. Runs good.

All that is left for the interior is the passenger seat and glove compartment door.

Got caught screwing around last night in the truck. Didnt realize a sheriff was behind me when I drifted a corner.

Got me for reckless driving, 10 over, inattentive driving, loud pipes, no front plate, and exhibition of speed.

Guy was really cool and wrote me a $67 ticket for no front plate. Also said the truck sounded pretty cool and I slid it really well. LOL

Yeah the funny part is he even asked me "would you rather me write you a speeding ticket for 10 over, or 2 for exhibition and inattentive?". And I was like "Cant you just write me a ticket for no front plate and call it even?". And Ill be damned if he didnt do it. He said "You know what? You seem like a cool guy, Ill do that for you".
