YO YO YO YO YO YO YO

news flash RE: E-BRAKE!!!!!

so i adjusted the piss out of my brand new cables, still nothing.

pump the brakes with the ebrake up, nothing.

set the ebrake while pressing the brakes? WHAM!!!!! E-brake.

test now without pushing brakes? E-BRAKE!!!!

:woowoo: :woowoo:

so, just bleed brakes normally, push brake then set E-brake. release brake, wheels will stay locked. release park brake should free them up. then park brake will work. (at least thats how i got mine to work :) )

i have, myself, become partial to this blood-color.... it looks so good.

and i saw 2x 80's in the wreckers today.

one has cast control arms.... so if there is a part needed that may be gotten, they are out there....

i very much like youre blood red color. but with my color choice of rims and what color i would like to powdercoat everything in the bay, i wanted something a bit shinier red

which reminds me.

wheel studs. rota slipstreams. 16x7 with falken rt615s wrapped around them. 225/50/16

got around to making the rear stainless steel brake lines at work today. and i have decided that each and EVERY hose that is needed in the engine bay, will be SS with press on -AN fittings, cause no one likes vac leaks.

straight ends, 90 ends, 45 ends, its all simple as pie.

this is what the crimps end up looking like...

only downfall is its one time and done. as you can see they are def not re-useable ends.

hm. interesting. i also have the option at work when mixing paint that i can lighten it up or darken it to my liking, i just dont like the tornado red cause it looks like a little toy car in my opinion (no offense to anyone with a t-red car :hide: ) so thats an idea i have as well.

i really like that porsche color, just not for $415 a gallon, haha.

Mmmm, Cyclamen. One of my all time favorite Audi colors. Also very rare in the US, at least.
There are several pictures of Jimmy Pribble's 93 S4 before it's unfortunate demise in the thread below:

I know Hywel's V8 above and I also had a Cayenne V8 and I now have a Cyclamen 200 20V and LOVE both colors.
From a distance they look close but as you get closer the Cyclamen takes on a purple hue and the Cayenne more of a red.

With a good polish both colors are stunning.

ok. so now im lost here. looking at both colors in the paint chip book at napa, they look quite similar.
