"6-8 weeks," but you'd be wise to expect longer. They have to go to Germany and back (probably via surface) and then there's whatever time KW requires. I think mine have been in the works for more than two months at this point. I am excited about getting mine because suspension parts and fabrication time for strut towers are all that separates my Fox from being a roller.

Preston, your car looks nice. I'd agree that the CO2 method is more theraputic compared to heat and a sticky scraper.

So been a long time since there was an update. Currently the car rolls around on the s2 hubs and clears the tie rods without rotors on the car. Though this was on my 7" wide wheels with 195 snow tires. Next up is to get some rotors and possibly wheel spacers so I can throw a real set of wheels and tires on.

Pedals also arrived today! Tilton 3 pedal floor mount with a bias knob.

Next up will be some seats.... After going to Sema I really liked these seats: http://www.statusracing.com/ They are really narrow which work great for nice skinny people like me! Price seems reasonable and the build quality was good.

Brakes are on the front! 928gts calipers, same as a 993tt front caliper with DBA slotted A8 rotors along with Apikol RS2 caliper carriers and hardware. The 928 calipers are much cheaper which is key with the euro right now!

Nice caliper!

Apikol bracket is steel and plated, really nice!

Looking good! Strut bolts should be oriented other way but no big deal...if all those parts could stay that clean and shiney...

Curious, why should the strut bolts be oriented the other way? I actually need to replace them as they are one time use.

The GTS calipers were cheaper that the 993TT? They used to be more.

I didn't think those strut bolts were single use.
I have mine in the same orientation as the pic, as the other way around I don't think you can get them out with the big calipers mounted.

Yeah, they are not one time use. Nuts, maybe, but bolts are ok. Orientation a safety thing. In case your nut comes off at least your bolt will stay there as caliper (Porsche or OEM) will keep it from falling out. Chances of that happening are really slim so I wouldn't worry about it. Besides, this way it's easier to pull your struts out.

I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as you torque those right.

Seats arrived. I got two of the Status Ring seats. I tried them out at SEMA and was impressed. They are pretty narrow which fits me nicely. Many other seats I sat in had lots of slop.

Wheels have arrived!

18x9 Team Dynamics. Rears fit great. Fronts looks like they will need a 5-10mm spacer to clear the steering arms.
