not your eyes.... .050" = 1.27mm, so not a straight across comparison, but best info i could find. the head is blueprinted so i know everything about it, from where the coil springs bind, to compressed height and everything to know about them.

stock cam specs (looking on interwebz)

nope.. just those fittings for my radiator reservoir. smooth fittings that was what i could find on the NOW and CHEAP. just my style LOL.

and no comment on the head or camz.... for shame Issam....

and the exhaust mani, its coming along. hopefully it gets finshed soon so i can get this car back here and work on it... goal is now Aug 30th i think.... Pacific Waterlands show.....

but the manifold is a true twin scroll set-up. paired cyl's into each volute. and yeah, i know 4 is a little longer than 1, but it will be alright i think....

here is pix. 4" SS right off turbo, back and thru fender. should be nice n loud. glad its on the passenger side and pointing away from me hahaha. sorry feelings for the light tender when i stage in the left lane.... fire breathing dragon? yup, here i am.

Sweet....question on exhaust mani...why not run 1+2 to front and 3+4 to rear....that way #4 would be shorter..

And did you mount your right side door yet? The tip might be too far back and interfering with the door...

But everything looks menacing!

yup. to keep even pulses. even (some of) the old VW 8v manifolds had two outlet ports and a dual tube downpipe

1+4 and 2+3

correct. you utilize paired cylinders together per volute.

A twin scroll turbine housing uses dual side by side passages into the housing. When coupled with a pulse converter manifold that separates exhaust pulses as many crank degrees in the firing order as possible, a twin scroll or divided housing works to reduce lag, decrease exhaust manifold backpressure on the top end, reduce the potential for reversion, and increase fuel economy. A conventional turbine housing is not as effective in using exhaust pulse energy to help spin the turbine up to speed as it does not exploit the energy contained in the pulses as well.[/quote]
