But everything looks menacing!

thanks, i think it looks mean as well. too bad it will be covered by the fender :D

but they made it to fit thru the fender.... they have the car for this exact purpose. but if it dont, its nothing a little saw/torch/grinder work cant take quick care of hahaha.

its a race car, that will show character.

i see.. prevents the induction of exhaust gases before the exhaust valve fully closes.. cylinders that are on the intake stroke are paired with cylinders on their power stroke.. thus there is no exhaust gas in in that exhaust tract to be inducted

so, basically with this manifold design matched to the T4 divided inlet, i am looking for 3-500 rpm earlier spool.

this is a standard journal bearing turbo. no water section, just oil cooled. and it WILL out-spool a ball bearing turbo in the same flow range.

it would not have "hurt" it to run a standard 4-into-1 style collector, but when you are going this far, there are no shortcuts. hole in the fender? ok, whatever....

its all good, its a race car.

i dunno... i have not seen. he isnt "milking" them LOL. i told him no hurry on them, and he is actually utilizing them to measure off of right now for other people....

the motor and axles will all ship out together to save on shipping is the plan i think.

one good crate on a pallet. business location, forklift access, cheaper to ship.

i think there was not enough room to do the u-jointed type. not sure.... i sent what i could, short of a whole car LOL.

Is Marco building your engine?? About axles he told me same (no space for UJ) I did like to deal with him and will do again. I guess I will be a gunny pig this Saturday, car will go on a sticky side (every time I tried that axles broke) and it will get launched 4KRPM @ 20PSI

good luck, dont break anything on these axles, i will feel bad....

but honestly, i will pour it all on when i run mine, as well...

cars back. weighed it on the drive home. 1760 pounds as it sits, without doors, brakes, axles, and some other misc trinkets. i really do not think i have 500 pounds left to put back into it, honestly....

but the motor and trans are in, and that is the bulk of weight.

cant wait to get crack-a-lackin on it :D

i don't know too much (next to nothing) about twin scrolls but going on pure speculation.. the idea is to have direct 1/4 into one scroll because they rise and fall together as well as 2/3 into one scroll because they also rise and fall together.. thus giving each scroll a constant and even pulse of exhaust gas pressure?

What about 1-4 to the back, and 2-3 to the front? That way 1-4 are much closer to each other in length, and 2-3 are a bit longer but still similar lengths to each other. That, and all four primaries are closer in length to each other.

Of course, it's already done, and in the real world may work perfectly (theory be damned).

BTW, is this done to keep exhaust pulses as separated as possible to help the turbo spool, or is it for some sort of scavenging dealio?

Aaron. You are crazy... Ha ha.

Looks like it is coming together in good order. Do you have pics of the bay before engine install, Id like to see the mount point and mounts if you can show me as well.

That is an 06A block right?
