Sent out the 3B intake stuff for powder coating last week and picked them up today along with a spare set of the Biturbo's valve covers:

I have a new "20v turbo" piece coming from Audi Tradition too - though it's black on black. Here's their pic:

New taillights look good on there. I love the new stance! Keep up the great work Ben!

Nice work!! Do you have the silly oem screws that hold the ignition wire cover down? I bought new ones shortly before I sold the 200. Recommend them if you are a crazy nutjob like me :)

Yeah, I ordered a couple of them at $22 a piece!

I'm trying to get all new hardware at least where it's visible. I've also painted all the remaining aluminum stuff and it looks really good.
I'll post more pics soon!

NICE!! Yeah, a bit pricey but well worth it. People at Carlisle last year were like "Where did you find those??" Silly, perhaps, but thats me :)

RS2 Evo -

Once this stuff all ships I should have just about everything. I'm waiting on a cross pipe and intercooler from an S2 that I fear is lost between Poland and here. It's been on a boat since Jan 9 according to the tracking which has now gone dark for inactivity.

Then I need to make the harness, weld in the motor mounts and start all the fun stuff!

Don't worry too much about the shipping yet. It took almost 2 months for my E codes to show up from Germany. The tracking showed "loaded on dock" until the day it showed up at my door.

That’s good to hear. I’m the one that chose the cheap slow boat option so I guess I get what I paid for.

My target was going to be Carlisle but there is no way. I may try to do the 6 speed swap before then but I doubt it.

It'll just be this summer. I'd love to hit BBQ though, that would be a hell of a drive!

Small Progress. Still waiting on a second shipment from Marc and for Carlisle to come and go.

Here's the first shipment - I can't believe I hadn't posted the first haul. Here's some turbo porn:

Next I have a couple other little things going.
I'm working on painting the Spoiler I took from my old '93 90 Q in the junkyard at the beginning of this thread. I have it sanded down and I have a paintscratch kit of 3 spray cans. I'm going to try it out

Then a totally ridiculous thing - I found a taxi switch on Audi Tradition. Had to buy it. So this is Project FunkTaxi now

Lastly, I sold my A4 Avant last week and picked up a new daily:

It's amazing

That taxi button is brilliant. What are you going to use it for?

I have a FUNK button, was thinking of using it to activate/deactivate a w/m pump and/or tune, then repurpose the ANTI-LOCK button for a laser jammer.

I'm thinking Launch Control for the FUNK button. the Taxi button will likely just light up and look pretty
