That looks great, nice and clean! Only thing I dont like is the IAT. Why not switch to the 1.8t one?

Thanks everyone! Here's last night's progress:

Pulled the EGT and coil harness into the cabin but it turned into a huge project. I pulled the EGT through a small unused bung above/behind where the left hand drive mount for the PS reservoir is and the coil harness fed back through just behind where I mounted the coils through a 2" or so empty bung. I fed both leads of the EGT and coil harness through another empty bung just behind the fresh air intake for the climate control. This unfortunately required me to remove the dash.

I also mostly assembled the front end and cleaned things up in the engine bay.

Sad news - tried to order a new black lower headlight trim and it's NLA. Eff. With it not there, the front end looks like a hack job.

Looks great Casey. Do you think the stock radiator had any chance of fitting in there? I am making a few manifolds for 200 customers, and wanna know if I can copy that one of yours.

Thanks Hank! No, not a chance. I'm yet to see someone who made the stock radiator work. My inspiration was the rene rumler 200 20v. The only part of the intake that could use some tweaking is the throttle body location. It could be pointed down more and that would allow for hood clearance with stock motor location (I am currently spaced down 3/4"). I also made my life harder by putting a phenolic spacer in :-P

I'm going to replace my motor mounts with the energy suspension poly mustang tranny mounts and I'll check hood clearance with those again. I might have screwed myself more by having the throttle cable stand off welded where it is. There's just no room between hood and motor!
