My turbo oil feel leaks between the center section and the brass NPT adapter.

Teflon tape or crush washers?

Hell yes it will!

Did you use the stainless steel universal coolant hoses on your car? If so, are they worth it?

I used it, and it works, but i don't really like it. I don't really have any choice without some major reworking, so that is why I used it. It has served its purpose, so i guess I am satisfied with it.

Yea I might have to use them. The car has 1.25" I/O and the radiator has 1.5" and 1.75" I/O

lots of oem rad hoses have small flare/transitions on the ends

or another option
im making 1.25" mandrel alu water pipes for my 16vt 4kq, and using 1.25>1.0" reducer elbows off the block connections and 1.25" straight silicone hump hoses to connect to the b3 80 radiator

can you have the outlets of the radiator reworked with sizes and locations that would allow stock type hoses? I always find myself wishing my car could run all stock hoses.

I lucked out. Went to Advance Auto with some bent up coat hangers and a tape measure and ended up with some decent radiator hoses!

Before: only used the two larger hoses

I drove it a blistering 15mph this morning around my block! Never been so excited to drive so slow haha - it felt great! Also realized I hadn't filled my hydraulic system yet, oops.

Filled the hydro system and that's all well and good. It sounded like I had air in the ps pump but it turns out it was my distributor rattling... That can't be good for timing accuracy. Can dizzys be rebuilt?

Depends on what version of the distributor you have and what parts you intend on replacing? Do you have a metal gear or stock plastic?

Metal gear - not sure if it's a matter of shimming or if the bearings have play

Shims there are no bearings.
