Is the procon ten worth saving when swapping the trans? I'm putting an 01e in my 200 and don't have the bracket but if its worth saving ill get a hold of one. If my trans even has the bosses...

Awesome build man! Interested to see how the 3576 performs.

Fellow Pro-Boner!

well, since you dont have an airbag, i guess it would be good to have it, since it retracts the steering column away from the driver.

No, most of us urs4 owners who swap 6-speeds lose pro-con-ten because of the lack of bracket on the trans. I think you could drill/tap the case to transfer the bracket from an 01e 5-speed, but it's not worth the trouble. It is a great idea on paper, but Audi got rid of it in 1995 so it couldn't have been that great.

agreed, I didn't use mine when I did the 6 speed swap, makes life alot easier, especially if you had the tranny out 4 times like me :)

Yeah that new 416 pump is an Ethanol pump too... I'll have to run that part number to see if its the same I'm planning on...

Thanks
