Light Weight Flywheel Questions

So I've been looking at new clutch/flywheel set ups and I think I"m going to go with a Southbend stage 2 daily clutch and 034 flywheel. Is anybody running these? I've read that light weight flywheels are more prone to warping and clutch chatter, is this true?

It's definitely a drivability preference.

If you take a look at this article, I think you may find the benefit from reduced rotational mass in an aluminum flywheel is rather slim.

Very interesting article, I figured that the lightweight flywheel would make the car harder to drive and make it feel more like a race car. However I didn't think about how the lack of energy stored in the lighter flywheel would effect the smoothness of the engine.

This is the reason I stayed with my 25LBS 7A flywheel instead of putting on a 9LBS fidanza. Not to mention with having a heavy flywheel, it is just easier to drive. If you are trying to run very high RPM on a regular basis, the the LWFW would be good. On a DD, I would, and did, stay stock.

I went with the 034 lwfw and I like how free the car revs, downshifting is great, but now my worn trans makes lots of noise. I have an unsprung clutch disc to make matters worse.
