Does 034/Javad really keep an eye on this site. I could see that happening for short time after the creation of this forum. But wouldn't they/he have more important things to do?

Not just 034, lots of companies and people. We don't hardly mod anything to unless it is stealing of somebodies hard work in a copy or idea copy for monetary gain. I do not discriminate who it defends, just try to be fair. Slander or blatant lies are considered too.

i would never imagine something like this....
someone has time for this, on the other hand we heard numerous examples of forgotten royalties for products...

If I was going to moderate, I'd start with the hate posts on my backlog of constant work I have. But I don't. I love when I resolve with the complainer in private or publicly and then they say "I can delete the thread now". :lol: Hey, I could have deleted it the second it was posted, but I hated it as a customer and I don't care for it as a vender/site owner.

We have plenty of faults, but we try to ship products we can stand behind as fast as we can make them. Sometimes we come up short, but we try and certainly don't hide behind the mod button.

Well said Hank. I will tell you that I don't mind seeing the so called "hate posts" as you call it, as long as it is either useful in warning of a potential pitfall with a product/company/person or the like, or it is an ongoing issue and the post is made as a last resort to get something resolved and a resolution is reached.

From what I see, all of the complaints with IMS revolve around communication (lack of) issues, and turnaround time of parts orders. It goes without saying that those issues always seem to get resolved, and most people are aware of this so hopefully its kept to a minimum.

As for the OP, if the issue is getting resolved then that's great. You hopefully get what you needed an it looks good on 034 for taking the issue serious. :beer: :thumbsup:

The "hate" posts aren't really that often, and like Dan said I think it's more about communication. Some people need more than others. You took excellent care of me when I was in need and dad is happy to wait as long as we need to for the 07k setup to be right. But other people might not be in the same boat, I can't speak for them. You know your business and if you know you run it to the best of your ability, you can sleep easy at night. I'd still gladly come work for you ;)

It's also sad what people have come to expect. I have so many customers who sound downright surprised just to get a call back on a message they left me 14hrs prior. It's ALL about communication, and although it's impossible not to have the occasional customer slip through the cracks here and there, especially when you are busy, you shouldn't have threads cropping up consistently about a complete lack of communication. TBH, I'm both surprised certain threads have had to be posted here and at the same time happy and surprised they haven't been moderated away.

I mean, even if you're backlogged and busy as hell, it takes all of one minute to send a customer an email telling them you're behind and 99% of the time that is enough to show you care and are working to resolve the issue. I have yet to find a situation that warrants dropping communication entirely.
