Engine builder needed in CT or New England Area

Okay so I have this 91 200 20vt. Holset, vems, etc etc. Runs and drives but needs a rebuild. I am stationed at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii and the car is back home in CT. I am debating shipping it here but it needs to be repaired first as it has poor leakdown numbers and leaks oil at a good rate from various gaskets. Because of it leaking everywhere it cannot be shipped. It is registered and insured, all up to date.
I have around 85% of the parts that would be needed for a rebuild and build (rods, rings, valvetrain, etc) and have a 3b head and block that would be the engine being built. I would need someone to tow the car to their place (leaks oil too much to drive it any decent amount of distance, or I can arrange the tow), build the spare engine with the parts supplied, pull the engine in there (would need to swap over cams, valve cover, turbo setup, etc), and install the built engine in.
If anyone would mind helping out with this, who is reliable and knowledgeable, and get it done in a somewhat timely manner (not a huge rush but by springtime would be nice) I would really appreciate it. Plus get to make some money as a winter project and help out a fellow Audi guy out who's stationed elsewhere and trying to get his car where he is. Thank you.
