I'm drivin' the Abarf' ;o]
The hotels are sold out, I called the track about getting one of the condo's and haven't received a call back yet to see if they have ability. My first choice would be to just stay at the track, but it seems like every year I manage to pick up a last minute cancellation at one of the Pahrump hotels.
Im kinda playing the lodging by ear

I think i have a room with two queen beds, and would be willing to share a room if it would help anyone.

Jim's car sounded insane going down the front section. Very IMSA-esque. Looks mean on 275 R comps too.

Love it when you come out of the corners and the dump valve kicks the exhaust open! Sounds awesome at turn 6 at 1:14 in the video!

It was a great weekend all around! The extra noise is actually the Quick Spool valve opening, I zip tied the dump valve open so there was no chance of melting my cat in the other bank. The difference with the QSV open and closed is pretty dramatic, the choked down hot side really muffles the exhaust.
With the dump valve closed, the exhuast has zero drone to it, which made the drive a real pleasure. Now all I hear is some NVH from the solid suspension and tires, but it is sooo much quieter inside the cab now. Until I get on the gas

11 seconds faster than me.. This guy is moving. I need to work on the aero and track alignment on my car so I can safely keep my foot on the gas. Not that it will gain me 11 seconds, though. This is such a smooth lap!

I think you need to work on removing weight off the front bumper area. If you could snap 30-40 lbs 24 inches in front of the axles out of the car, I think you would be surprised how much more neutral the car feels. People rave about how much better the 1.8T cars feel on a track compared to an AAN based turbo car. The weight difference in those 2 engines with equivalent turbos is roughtly 55 lbs.
I think you could do it without a lot off effort.

Ideally, but Jimmy has a bunch of stuff on the front of his car that could be relocated/minimized. 07k would net 100lbs off the front of his car
