Happy hUmpday!
It's our 13th year for the Audi Club at Carlisle! All Audis--all years--welcome!
The show/get together = Friday May 20th thru Sunday May 2nd, 2016 (this is the Import Performance Nationals) held in lovely Carlisle, PA at the fairgrounds, right off of the PA Turnpike.
If you're new to this...search the forum for "Carlisle" and you'll see a ton of posts. Or go to http://www.audi4000.com for the past years pics! A few different shows are merging this year, so the showfield will be more active and lively with different import makes and models.
Many folks arrive bright and early on Friday morning to set up camp and get acclimated to the grounds, visit the swap meet/vendor area, or just hang out!
Market Cross has been booked for Friday at 6pm! When you email me please specify if you would like to join and how many will be in your party.
HOW TO:
We're all going to register under one name--The Audi Club. (It's actually on a drop-down on the registration site)
The direct link at the bottom of this post will let you register online if you have a credit card.
Or to check out Carlisle's main site, go to http://www.carsatcarlisle.com. Go to "View Our Events" at the top of the page and the Carlisle Import Performance Nationals will be a few spots down. Click "View Event Details" for further information and to register. Ensure you select "2016 Carlisle Import Performance Nationals Nonjudged Showfield" as there is a separate link for KIT cars.
*****If you register before APRIL 18th you will receive a 10% Gate n Go discount. Your sticker will be mailed to you. Once you register you will be emailed a receipt - Please bring this to the event*****
The cost is $40 for the first car you bring. This $40 includes you, one guest, and your car for the entire weekend!
On that same link, you can also register to camp for $20, and you can register for both in one transaction. Camping is on-site, near where we park our cars, and there's a shower/bathroom facility with electricity, warm showers, flushing toilets, lovely bathroom attendants (Butch and Angie!), etc. If you plan to partake in any boozing that may occur, I strongly suggest camping so there's no issues with driving to your hotel afterwards.
You know the drill: PLEASE EMAIL ME ONCE YOU REGISTER: theaudiclub@gmail.com (please be sure to include your name, online handle, vehicle, where you are coming from, and if you will be joining us for dinner at Market Cross).
I have reached out to George regarding the Mechanicsburg Audi breakfast and we are ON for breakfast at the dealership again this year

Originally we had planned on catering in food. Unfortunately with the cost and the lower than expected number of people signing up, it will not be financially feasible to proceed with it this year. For the time being, unless there are other suggestions, lunch/dinner will be a BYO.
Tshirt info is below. In order to have them for the show they need to be ordered today! We had a huge challenge with shirts this year but Steve came through for us!
