Well, it's that time guys.



Up for sale is my 1991 Audi 200 Avant.
Interior 7/10 - saggy headliner, driver seat has cracks, otherwise nice.
Exterior 7/10 - its a 25 year old car that spent a few years sitting outside. Roof is meh, hood is meh, rest is pretty nice and straight. Undercarriage is clean, exception being front sway bar and uprights need some new paint.
Short list of info, can find more in build thread below:
180,000 miles
VEMS, stock turbo, Bosch 750cc injectors, w/ Bluetooth adapter
Bilstein shocks all around within 10,000 miles. Custom valved and front housings/shocks shortened by Bilstein.
(Almost)Everything works, power windows, sunroof, heated seats, power seats, rear defrost, rear wiper, etc. Driver door is fully functional but doesn't unlock car anymore, have to use passenger side.
Aftermarket wheels, 18"x9.5"
HP2 front brakes, rebuilt
New rotors all around <10,000 miles
New rear calipers <10,000 miles
A lot of new bushings/engine mounts/Apikol rear differential mount, etc.
Clutch has <30,000, installed by P.O.

I have COP 2.0 kit not installed for the right price.
Also have a 7A head w/ cams for right price.

I have all stock airbox and a spare junk trans as well. OEM wheels, although they don't fit with new brakes..
I have put a good amount of time into the car, but it is just time to let it go.

I have no idea what it's worth, start at $5,000 and if anyone can advise of a more reasonable price I'd be happy to adjust. Would like to see it go to an enthusiast.
$3500 w/o VEMS, Injectors, etc.

I'd love to buy it, you're local too. But my money is going to a new house roof this year :-(

The price is almost too good. Vems and the coilovers account for well over half of the asking price. I probably would have bought this if it came up when I was looking for an avant.

Also, I would tip off Germancarsforsaleblog and bring a trailer about the sale. They may list it and give it some exposure. I know the former one definitely would. If that's the case you'd better adjust your price

Thanks for the advice Chris, I will probably let it sit for a few days here and then post a few more places. I'd rather have it sit in the driveway than give it away or deal with a craigslist add..

I would like the car to go as a whole, but have a few offers on VEMS and the COP. If it doesn't go as a whole in a few weeks it will be returned to stock and those will be sold.

A vulture here thinks it would sell better on BAT as a stock ecu car. You should really make someone's birthday wish come true. Cough cough cough
