Vems ignition order settings

Hi, i've been having a "little" trouble with setting vems.
First started when it went into bootloader mode and had no more serial#. Was able to fix that and flash new firmware thanks to good product support i got that sorted. Then there were more issues to fix, ignition outs wouldn't work on some channels so i had to swap em out (thanks for guidance @Mark for that). Then while cranking the ecu would cycle on and off when i had the fuel pump relay plugged. Seemed like it was starving of power while cranking. I also had trigger problems while cranking, would get trigger errors, and sec would disappear from log. Turns out ecu/or sensor grounds had to go to body vs block unlike original ann harness. I'm not sure if it's because of the coil grounds going to the same mountpoint giving noise or bad block ground while cranking. This is a urquattro so engine ground and interior wiring isn't the best (it does have a good gauge ground going from block to body). Anyways with that sorted out i was able to start it up for the first time. Awesome!!!
, however it's running a bit rough like a cyl or two are off. I've checked and there is no trigger errors so that's pretty good. I think my ignition settings might be wrong. I also still have to check engine timing so maybe that's not helping.
I read that it has to be 53124 instead of 12453 but it seems i have it messed up?
What should i change in here?
Ignition outputs visual :

Trigger Settings Visual:

My ignition channel outputs are wired like this:
(ran test mode to see which cyl is sparking)
engine | ecu pin/channel
Cyl1 | ign 3
Cyl2 | ign 4
Cyl3 | ign 7
Cyl4 | ign 6
Cyl5 | ign 5
Running on 1.2.11
Also attached my vems config.
Thanks for help!
