What email are you using by chance? We are pretty darn close to having this thing ready to go. I'll have to check the product outline on this particular product, but these things are custom made for each application. We say 4-6 weeks on things like this, but it can drag on depending on work load. We are usually pretty good about letting customers know if that is happening, though yours is on schedule. As of late, work load has been extremely heavy for our 2.5 man operation.
That said, I just checked the Spam folder of my account, this explains a lot. I have never checked it on those accounts, but it looks like I have some more work if I'd check it more often!
I'll send a personal email now.

Just wanted to say thanks for the call Hank, really appreciate it and glad that everything got straightened out so fast. Sucks that all that happened with the emailing, definitely understandable though.
