Nice! Where's the engine shots though?

All the interior needs is a genuine sport wheel in perfeccct shape. I have one!

I wanted to detail the engine bay before pics, but took a couple anyways. The 340 whp tune was fun to drive home. :D

Thanks Peter. I was really excited about the V8, but it had too many uncertainties for what I was looking for and needed. Swanson wanted to make it work, but he was honest me and we did what was good for both of us. Brett gave me a GREAT deal on this car and he took phenominal care of it. It makes sense for me to have a completely sorted car....and a/c to boot! Just little things here and there, but driving it is my only priority at the moment.

Just driving it with the Michelin pilot sports Wednesday.

Gorgeous car Darin. The car is very healthy and has a lot of good parts in it. Brett had an amazing attention to detail and this car is one heck of a value.. It is going to be perfect for you if you can keep rods inside the block :)

Roll on at least I wanna see all 2s on the odometer before you turn a nut on that thing !!!!

Can't wait for Wednesday!! I hope it rains again.

PS. Those Billet HTA3076r turbos spool earlier, make more power, and can be swapped out in under an hour!!!!

Great score Darin! Nice to have a turnkey car huh? I hope to have mine running super soon, so we all can go for a drive up a canyon soon. I vote for mirror lake hwy.

Good to see you in another audi. I was a little shocked when you sold that nice red coupe so quickly.
Also really glad someone who posts on MG bought this car...I've been drooling over it!
Have fun in the new Hot rod.

Turbo + Darin = bad idea. Just sayin', since you have a bad track record with them and all.

Looks like a very nice car, now just don't do ANYTHING to the engine other than maintenance, and do nothing with the tune in the ECU.

WooHoo. Brett's car is a mean little bugger. I never got to ride in it with the wick turned up, but he put some incredible amounts of work into that car. It is well put together.

Do you see what we have to deal with hanging out with Hank! The car has been in my garage for less than 48 hours!

I like my turbo and the tune Hank!

greddy boost controller, iirc

and great pick-up...but I was so confused, but then figured you just bought AND sold the v8, and then got this little gem.

That thing is going to be fun!!! and with AC, I'm quite jealous I didn't keep mine in the CQ, in retrospect. I'll be out at Miller tomorrow too...it's my birthday!

It's the Greddy boost controller. I'm not sure what he has the 30r boosting at, but the current dyno tune was 340whp. I think I'm going to join in on Hank's dyno day later this month and get it base lined for our altitude. Colorado Springs is 6700ft while SLC is what? 4400.

For the record, I never fully purchased the V8.

I'm hoping to have my Flip video hooked up to video my first track event ever.
