You coughed and hacked your way into this thread so here it is.
Thanks to 20v Avant for the dimensions and drawing first off. I'm sending off the drawings to my poly supplier to get a quote from them hopefully tomorrow. I will update this thread as it progresses as well as make a thread in the member products sections.
Format will pretty much be the same as the small chassis startup. I'll need a dedicated amount of pre-orders to start the tooling process.
Order Information:
Pre-order: I need 30 orders to get the ball rolling. Pre-order price is $80 per set of REAR subframe 95a polyurethane bushings for your T44. Please spread the word and get all your buddies to sign up!

This might be a dumb question. But are you going to test fit them before making a batch of them? Somebody made some aluminum bushings for himself a while back and had to put a 45 or so degree angle on the bushings for the front of the subframe to make it fit properly.
Not questioning your work, just don't want it to seem super easy to make and then have issues with installation.

The dimensions are measured off of the set that I put on my car that I had purchased from a reliable source. However, the ID of the aluminum sleeves were incorrect. I had the inner aluminum sleeves made at work, so I had those to dimension before installation as well. I had put an 8mm reamed hole on the ID of the bushing and it took quite a bit of effort to get the subframe on the car, but it fits extremely well

. I allowed for .015" extra ID on the drawing to allow for easier installation without losing much location.
The bushings should have a small lead-in chamfer to help with installation. I had to use some grease to persuade mine in the first time.
The rear subframe bushings are extremely simple, two halves with an aluminum liner.
However, I do agree that they should be test fit due to manufacturing differences/tolerances. The bushing should be easy enough to fit with a file and 5 minutes though.
Also, the only difference between the T44 Rear subframe and the UrS4 subframe bushings are the aluminum liner, it has a clearance hole for 8mm (T44) and 10mm/12mm (UrS4). Will verify later!

I think Austin chimed in on MG that the rear subframe bushing insert is supposed to be over-sized to allow proper alignment of the subframe... I just checked vag-cat.com and everything from an '86 5000 to a '94 UrS uses an M10 nut for the rear subframe attachment...

Hmmm... Definitely had M8 nuts holding my rear subframe on. I distinctly recall thinking the four bolts holding the subframe on being small. I can look into that tonight when I get home.

So are you going to be making front and rears as well? Are these being made in aluminum or Poly?

These are being made in poly. Aluminum requires a lathe and if I outsource, theyll be really expensive. I got an answer from the poly supplier and the deal will be the same for the rear poly bushings. 95A is the cheapest way to start. Tooling for softer durameters is $1300 which is substantially MORE than the 95A. I have to figure out a price and pre-order price. I forgot to add in the sleeve pricing to the small chassis bushings so prices are going to go up by a few $$$ to compensate

Are there even 30 cars in existence?

Also, have you determined how you are going to make them? There was debate on the ID of the liner. I have had no issues with the 8mm ID hole, but I know others may want to align their subframe.

That is something I'll bring up with the manufacturer. What I'm thinking is I will have all of them ordered with the smallest ID needed for whatever cars. If someone orders them for a urS4 or whatever uses the larger bolt, I can drill out the already existing hole and change the inner sleeve to accomodate it. Would be the same price regardless I'd imagine. I have to sit down and price out the sleeves if they are different. It has been suggested to me to use DOM tubing but I'm not sure if that is a good idea or not.

Totally didn't even realize you said rear subframe
what about the fronts? That's what I'm most interested in...
EDIT: Wait I knew you said rears. Good lord. I shouldn't post at work.
But really. Fronts?

Fronts are in the works too but I need dimensions. Since I'm picking up Daves v8q fairly soon, I will be able to grab dimensions off of that and get to work on them

Lets get these going guys! I now have a Big Chassis car now so I am REALLY motivated! Perhaps I should threaten to not do the front bushings if people dont sign up quick enough LOL
Don't let the small chassis wankers have all the fun!

Yeah.... just realized how well this worked out for us. I don't think there could be anything better than a fully locked down v8q bushings wise... Well at least aside from a 5/6 speed swap.
What do you think a whole kit Front + Rear would end up being? Do you think you'll do anything with the outer front sway bar pieces? I yearn for the day to feel what an alignment and full fresh bushies in the t44 feels like... hahaha

Truth be told, I have have no idea on the front bushings. I may honestly have to charge more due to the different sizes in the front. I would like to focus on the rears first and then move on to the fronts. Like I have told other people, I have no idea on a timeframe as it depends on how quickly people get on board. I already have some people paying with the acknowledgement of the fact that I have no idea when I will get these started and made. They seem to be catching on quickly though.

Very interested ordering multiple sets to front and rear for finnish people, just bought powerflex bushings for track control arm, inner & outer, they were like 300usd shipped, could measure those so we could have near complete set. I would like to have aluminium for subframe, I dont get it why would it be more expensive then any other if you order them from a machine shop? it requires lathe anyway?
Also ordered apikol C4 subframe set, and made new inner sleeves for Typ44/D11, but would like these aluminium aswell, can measure if it helps you.
