I'm selling a fully repaired, ready for paint bumper from a 1993 UrS4 parts car. We were using the bumper on our UrS6 until I fixed its original bumper. All this needs now is a build primer, re-texture the black portions and paint it the color of your choice.
Bumper was repaired using 2 part 3M flexible adhesive specifically designed for plastic repair along with a plastic mesh for reinforcement. A 2 part 3M flexible filler was then used to flatten the repairs and then a skim coat of Evercoat flexible poly-based filler was used to fill any pin holes or small variations.
This is the same process I used to repair a B5 RS4 bumper, our UrS6 bumper and extend the bumper on my 4000 UrQ bumpers, and both are holding up great after many miles and some abuse.
