I had a successful bled on mine after 5 years by using the pressure bleeder(Motive or Sealey tools).
vacuum bleeder didn't work out atleast on my car.I used 4-5l of brake fluid to make sure all the airlock
is out.the clutch pedal became hundred times firmer and feel the disengaged of the clutch ...

I'm going to build another AAN but that' s supposed to be my winter project so i'm going to plumb the 7163 on stock AAN
at the moment.What's the safest boost running on Stock AAN with E85?what's the expected WHP?TIA.

Anyone gets used to with this turbo.it's off S4 MTM.the plate says K26-1470.
the compressor housing is exactly the same as RS2'd turbo.how much HP could expect from this

i found this on youtube the car has the unichip piggyback.the car splitted the fire when letting off the gas pedal everytime.

Your entire timing map is very advanced. +6-10* higher than mine in almost every cell. I still highly doubt you got E85 to detonate at .80 lambda though.

Being 31-33* advanced at idle is probably also causing some of your idle issues. I'm around 20* there.

I set the MAT/TPS Table on the lower right cells a bit leaning out since i noticed the a/f become richer once the MAT ramp up.

Anyone can look up my idle logs please.The engine stalled , idle lumpy all the time while the pulsewidth hunts up and down.This problems happened only if the IAT(MAT) went up 70c+.I'm going to try the 4Bar FPR not sure if the Deka

one with 5X C deg on MAT.The idle is buttery smooth.i know this's not the best.
another log file is the same config but the MAT jumped up to 7X C deg.the idle
started to jumpy.i'm thinking to swap the FPR back to 4Bar on tomorrow.maybe
the 5Bar FPR caused the pulsewidth too ...

I have used both and never had a problem getting either to idle. However, the 1200s are extremely easy to get to idle on pump gas... even with the same config settings I was using for stock injectors. I can share those if needed. I can't say if they would work well with a 5 bar reg on pump gas ...

Pop - it is rich all over the map, you need to continue tuning fuel. (Although if you're getting new injectors don't waste too much time tuning with the current ones).

EGO is trying really hard to lean out the mixture but it can only do so much. Remember to turn that off when you're tuning fuel ...

Deka is smaller with old tech while the EV14 is bigger nozzle with newer tech on it?
