If you're willing to go V-band inlet and stock external WG, my friend is making a K-series flange to V-band adapter. This will work for the BW S200 sx-e. He can supply the turbine housing with v-band inlet and super core. Talk to Mike at SPS Tampa. I'm also sure that Marc could help you out with this.

I had a 200 20v avant with the flywheel pin broken. I was able to fix this without pulling the transmission. I tried using a stock pin from Audi but that eventually came out. The car is still running today with a bolt (M4?) threaded into the flywheel. It sounds ghetto, but it works.

That is most likely what I'll do but this engine might have a higher displacement than stock. I mean, who knows?
