Thanks man! Weighed it at the track the day it went 11's. Half tank of E85 and no occupants: 3,510lbs.

Damn man! Forgot all about that and already put the wheels away for storage lol. Next time I'm in the garage (Monday or Tuesday) I'll be sure to try one.

So now with all of my YouTube earnings, I've put together a quick list of parts to order in the near future:

Engine rebuild:
Bottom end gasket set: 034198011B
Top end gasket set: 034198012M
Front crank seal: 054115147B
Rear main seal: 068103051G
ARP main studs: 204-5404
Rods (Pauter, Iroz, IE) Suggestions?
Pistons (9.5-10:1) Custom??? JE/Weisco
Coated bearings (rod/main)
Valve springs kit (Ferrea, Supertech, etc) I'm leaning towards Ferrea, suggestions?
Valves +.5mm (prob Ferrea as well) Suggestions?
Light weight lifters?
Oil pump: 034115105B replacement recommended?
Crank timing pulley: 034105263A replacement recommended?
Missing anything other then obvious machine work? Possibly CNC ported head too.

Manifold/turbo:
Iroz tubular or WE sport quattro replica
Garrett/FP HTA3794r or Precision 6466
Custom downpipe to accommodate new turbo
new hardware
IF Iroz manifold, tial MVR

Intercooling:
Still on the fence, lol. Stock one will probably have to go now :(
I'm really contimplating air to water, we'll see.

Drivetrain:
Now time for the 01E swap or stick with the 016 until it explodes??
Tilton twin/034 flywheel
Apikol rear diff mount

Suspension:
Might go stiffer then the 550lb rear springs and have the struts re-valved.

Fuel:
7a FPR
dual 044 surge tank, 044 in tank to feed surge
2000+cc injectors recommended?

Damn Nick! I didn't know you were that serious! We're going to have to race again!

I don't have much real input other than whenever presented with the choice of Iroz or X, go with Iroz ;) Also, Ferrea makes some nice stuff for sure. I'm going Weisco on the pistons. I can have more hardened crank cogs made if you want. Intercooler will definitely have to go as will 016 I think... I'd say just save yourself the work and go 01E. Finally, nice turbo choices... I'd be curious to try those too. The Precision 64 is definitely a gangster turbo!

I want a solid 600awhp and mid 10's @ 135ish. That would be very nice and the goal for now. Those turbo's are capable to make that kind of power rather effortlessly (on other platforms anyway). E85 of course.

I love the look of the tubular manifold however I really like the idea of a well designed cast manifold. I want to retain the stock 3b intake manifold and upper charge pipe and I'm not sure the tubular one can utilize those parts with the Tial WG up top. If that can be cleared up, my decision may be swayed that direction.

All of my freinds in the Honda world have had bad luck with Supertech and very good luck with Ferrea, that's why my tentative plans are with their head hardware. Can that be confirmed with the I5 stuff too? I assume there's a reason the supertech spring kit is half the price???

I have a spare S4 01E that needs to be freshened up (like most do :frustrated: ) waiting for the 200. However, I also have 3 016's... We'll see there. I still will buy the custom mounts and whatever else Hank/Marc come up with for your 200's 01E swap as it's inevitable for my 200's future.

I'm pretty sure you can use the stock pipe and manifold. The MVR is LOW. I can't confirm, but you can just get some measurements and see for yourself (coordinate with Hank on that) as he has distance from wg flange to the valve cover and I know the MVR is 4" tall. That should give you a good window to work with.

You should be making more than 6 with those turbos very easily. I'd say 750 is possible on either, then it'd be down to whether your other parts are up to it.

I'll certainly be checking in with him as I am interested in quite a few parts he has to offer.

Those turbos are clearly a bit overkill for my goals of 600awhp however at least I'd know they are capable of more if I need it, lol.

That is an MV-S, but they are only 3/4" shorter than the mvR, and the PTE gates are even shorter in the 46mm variety.

Also, don't know if it sways your decisions, but the supertech springs are going to bind above 12mm of lift. If you ever go with bigger than mild Cat cams, you will need the Ferrea's. Make me an offer on my supertechs, I am about to swap!! lol

I mocked up an 016 this week so I can make 01e mounts for your guys.

I made a typo and actually plan to run the MV-S as well. I just want to use all the factory 3B heat shielding and upper pipe. If you'd happen to have any of that stuff laying around to do a test fit to make sure, that'd be awesome. If you don't have any of that stuff on hand I could even mail you mine for a mock up.

Lol, well my plan was to go with the Ferrea's from the beginning to be honest Hank. I'm not sure how aggressive I plan to go with the cams yet but I like to do things one, or at least as few times as possible haha. Unless you make me an offer I can't refuse, in which case I might just be compulsive.

I also would like a set of forged pistons of at least the stock compression ratio but 9.5:1 is what I'd like. All of the "off the shelf" pistons out there are 8.5:1 :( I sent an email to JE with no response.

Glad to hear something is in the works for an 016 -> 01E swap in the T44 :)

Yeah shoot me an email, we can custom make anything really. We did a set of 9:1 Wiseco's today and do JE's all the time. Let me know if I can help your project. FYI, FP is having a huge sale on their HTA3794r for the holidays. 1700 IIRC.
