That's the 30r with a .82 exhaust. It's schedule for an upgraded wheel. I'll be testing a couple turbos at BBQ and dyno'ing the car.

I just got back in from the garage where the moment of truth presented itself.

I pulled the valve cover and replaced the gasket and also routed my air filter. I'll have to snap a pic of that when I get the front end back on. Checked a few things over one more time and turned the key once again. Let it idle for a second and doubled check everything, then I got back in, put it in reverse and slowly let the clutch out...........and out she went from her 6 month home in the garage!!!!!!! Backed her all the way out, put her in first and.............back she went into the garage!!!!!!!!!!

:woowoo:

Mileage 201910

I then sent Hank a text. :D

She warmed up nicely, all the lifters stopped ticking, radiator fan kicked on which I then bled the system, all the oil burned off the turbo and she sat in my driveway begging to go for a drive. Unfortunately the boost lines aren't hooked up, nor are the headlights or front bumper.

The beautiful sound of the built engine.....music.

Here is the intake setup and with the breather routed back in and the vacuum line routing. Now to get the interior back together and the headlights and bumper installed.

It won't make it tomorrow. I had to do some JB weld repair to the headlights and it will be setting all night.

LOL, i'll eat my words. Well done. That is good placement away from the header. Looks nice!! Most of the smoothness you are hearing is the equal length header doing it's job. It makes the 5 cylinder sound even better as you can hear individual pulses through the exhaust. Sounds very smooth. Sortof like Subarus when they go equal length. They lose that flat four sound
