So I've started thinking that the boost issue may be related to a collapsing intake hose. I've read about different vehicles having this same problem and it seems the problem always relates to a hose. I'm starting to think it was the hoses Ben and I used to connect the new cis routing together. I'm going to try throwing some of my own on there and see if that doesnt solve the boost issue. I just dont see the CIS causing a total falloff on the boost.

So I think I found my boost issue. It's a possibility so I'm going to stick a piece of tubing in there to reinforce it.

nicely done... I was able to score 2 huge tanks via craigslist for $100. Guy I picked it up from used to build NHRA Dragsters built around honda motors. Had some cool things in the garage. Tanks are both about 4' tall... bigger than I ever really need, but I also probably never "needed" an OA setup. This went along w/ the new Victor torch kit a buddy gave me for payment for cutting a cage out of a race car. $40 cart from HF later, and in busines!

You're doing it wrong if your breaking them! over my years I've found that pickle forks are mostly good for tearing the dust boot. a nice hammer and well placed hits will knock them loose most of the time. if I use a PF, its now a last resort, and figure on replacing the joint.

when you going to put the head back on? before or after my engine is back together and resting on some new poly mounts?
