Hi.

Regarding project thread porting I can write a script to do it if needed.

Also talked to Hank a bit, would like to see this forum move "vendor neutral" to a new domain. We were initially thinking "The Project Pad". Thoughts?

Last thing, you're going to want something else for anti-spam than just the captcha. I've found that simple questions work great: "what's the typical word for something with 4 tires, an engine, and a steering wheel - 3 letters".

Keep at it!

Do I sense a mass migration? That would be awesome as a script, Marc.

Mass exodus commence! My build thread will be moved here exclusively as soon as I get the time.

I agree Marc/Hank/whoever. This thing needs to be vendor neutral to really be what we all want it to be. I'm excited! :) Keep on posting guys!

Marc or Ed, any chance you know of a way for me to just download my whole MG thread for my records?

Marc has a script that scrapes the pages and pulls all posts by the author of the topic.

As far as backing everything up, it is difficult without access to the forum database...but Marc may be able to modify the script to include all posts. PM him

Haha, well this place is almost like AA. Where else can you talk with like minded individuals who actually know about older Audi's. Yes I have a car problem
