i will update this for others reference. I NEVER got a call back from these stupid fucks, never an email. NOTHING.

I did a charge back through my bank and finally got my money back 6 months later. This was not because Clutchnet did the right thing and returned my money, but because they couldn't prove that they sent me anything and the bank was able to charge back through Visa.

I think the issue was they couldn't get the pressure plate from their supplier. I wouldn't have been pissed if they just returned my money and sent me on my way. This was handled horribly, and I would caution anyone against doing business with these drunken Russian taint lickers.

Also, apparently their California business licence is expired or has been revoked or something like that.

Consider yourself warned. I know others have had great luck with clutchnet, and this is why I chose to get a clutch from them. My only other option was spec, and I have not been really thrilled with spec clutches in my various projects in the past. I was excited to try something other than spec, but alas... At least I will actually get my product when I pay for it.

/end rant.

Sucks to hear that they acted so unethically! Now I need to find a different clutch supplier :police:

So who to get a clutch from nowadays? I need a rather oddball clutch disk, 225mm OD but with a Ford V8 center.

To do it over again, I'd go Southbend from a legit dealer like Marc @ EFI-X or Scotty @ Advanced Automotion.
