Shit Alex, those are some great pics.

I've been photobombing my bro with proof that the track wheels I'd picked out beforehand are the best choice; cost-wise, aesthetically & mechanically. Mr. Green, you have some great taste, sir.

Long have I been torn between some Volk TE37, OZ Utraleggera and these wheels. Now it's a no brainer.

Hopefully I'll be able to make 2015, and in style :D

Jims car is mucho sexy. That's got to be the best executed 90 out there! I love the red 4k with the lm style wheels and what look to be widened flares, and that 200 20v! Why aren't those guys posting here? The project pad should be a "sponsor" so these fellow audi geeks know where to go!

yeah i'm here! lol just been busy working out all the bugs with the car. I wish we could have stayed for the bbq but next year we will save some vacation days for this event. Katrina and I had a great time and were glad to meet so many cool people. I have been going to wuste the last three years (how I met sean in 2012) and I must say, as much fun as I have there, I don't think it will ever be a priority event for us over bbq after this year. I'm far more interested in 500+hp quattros that can put down a serious lap time than a bunch of children arguing over stretch, poke and camber. and I really could care less about vinyl wraps, bright pink wheels and who has the newest car on bags and rotiforms. too each their own and all that but I just feel more at home with you guys :hail:

end rant, more pics.

Finally got around to editing my "Road to BBQ 2014" pictures. I also started a new Facebook page to advertise my photos, feel free to like it ;) https://www.facebook.com/VexArtMedia

Full album: https://www.flickr.com/photos/alxdgr8/s ... 644362122/

For me, the road trip is just as fun as the event so I hope you enjoy!
Some highlights of Seattle to Vegas:

Badwater Basin in Death Valley, the lowest point in North America. That same day we also hit Tioga Pass going into Yosemite which has an elevation of 9,945 feet, so over 10,000ft of elevation gain that day.
