Here's the car, so far I'd say it was worth the 1k mile trip.

I flew down to Atlanta Georgia on Friday and spent Saturday and Sunday driving back to CT.
A couple of things about the car made the trip 'interesting'.. one was the inop blower motor which got frustrating when the windshield starts to fog up (FYI, socks work great in a pinch). Second the driver's window would not roll all the way down. It would still go up and down when I left GA but would stop at the half way point. Naturally with my luck the window did eventually go all the way down.. and stayed there

On Saturday night I stopped by Doug place in Cumberland for visitation rights to the 4ktq20vt, and also to see if something could be done to at least get the window to stay up, as rain was in the forecast for Sunday. For this task, Doug brought out the big guns

A short piece of wood with a groove for the glass weged against the bottom of the door frame worked great. Thanks Doug!
Back on the road for Sunday, clear skies the whole way up

So anyway, I'm in a bit of a debate about the direction I want to take with this car. I've got two options running through my head: 7a 20vt vs v8 4.2. There are advantages and disadvantages to both, namely the cost effectiveness of the 7a turbo vs. the shit-eating-grin torque of the v8. Decisons, decisions
