i like bacon. really i do.

currently i am on a mission to get back into the shape i was long ago, and so far it is working. i have converted 8+% bodyfat, lost close to 45 pounds, and yet i still eat bacon. it is that good.

could i do better not eating bacon? its possible, but i do not overdo it. would it make a real difference in my end goal? maybe by a couple of days or even a week, but whatever bacon is that good.

I've been on a low carb diet for about 8 months now, I eat LOTS of bacon and still keep the weight off. Gotta love Costco, 4lbs for $10.
