I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brady for ironing out some problems we were having with VEMS with an H6 EZ30R (Outback 2005-200?) Jérome and I were baffled by the complexity of VEMS. I have some knowledge, but it was outside of my means. AVCS was the problem. I tried the car yesterday afternoon and it's freagin' awesome.

I previously shoe horned an EG33 with OEM ecu from an SVX into this car for Jérome. Very tight fit, but we did it. Jérome wasn't pleased with the extra weight the EG33 had and it would over heat since there was cavitation occurring in the thermostat housing. Common problem on these engines at high revs. He likes to lap and auto-ex!

After reading and seeing people using VEMS for a stand alone ecu, I suggested he used this ECU since the 2005 and up had an immobilizer within the circuit of the OEM ecu. Well, all I can say is the V in VEMS for me stands for Vague. The reason is we sifted through multiple resources to get no answers, whether in forums, tuning shops and VEMS distributors/sellers.

Jérome got so discouraged, he relied on a shop in Québec city called Total Tuning! Well, Jérome got majorly shafted by this guy since he didn't do anything really. Found out later this guy is a copy/paste type of tuner and that lots in the Subaru scene have blown or damaged their engines because of this clown.

Like Helmut said, Brady did an awesome job on my car At one point I was thinking of selling the project because of the vems problem and what happen at my first tune at Total tuning, now I want to keep it haha

Helmut and I have put alot of time in this car and Brady make this work pay for us.
He have put alot of time to tune it and the car run well so im very thankful!

So the first ez30r vems swap in canada is running strong and tuned by Dynodoc!

Brady is the man as far as I'm concerned. I've seen him tune multiple cars and he's tuned two that I've been involved with building, one where we co-tuned. He's a lot closer to us than Marc and is someone I trust, so the trip to Montreal vs Toronto is worth it to me. Plus I love Montreal so it's a win win.
